  Joan runs Anchor B&B, a neat, clean, no-smoking, bed and breakfast
here at the top of Newport's Historic Hill. Anchor B&B is a Newport Victorian and dates back to post civil war times and has a nautical decor. It's located just a block east of world-famous Bellevue Avenue. |
